Lost every BMW key, snapped one in the door, or want a spare before you need one? We cut and program BMW keys at the car — driveway, roadside or airport car park — across Crawley, Gatwick and the surrounding towns.
| Key type | What it is | All-in | Main dealer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Keyless / push-to-start | No metal blade — the car starts with a button | £245 – £380 | £565 |
| Transponder chip key | Blade key with a plastic head | £160 – £245 | £380 |
| Remote fob only | Key turns fine, the remote buttons are dead | £115 – £190 | £285 |
| Basic metal key | Older car, no chip | £90 – £130 | £190 |
Ranges include the call-out, cutting, programming and VAT. Your exact figure is confirmed on the phone before a van moves.
EWS on E-series, then CAS1 through CAS4 through the 2000s and early 2010s, and FEM or BDC on F- and G-series cars. Each generation changes what is possible without removing a module.
Spare keys are usually straightforward. All-keys-lost on CAS3+, FEM and BDC generally means bench work on the module to read the ISN, which takes longer and is priced accordingly.
We verify ownership on every job without exception. It is mildly inconvenient once, and it is the reason nobody else can have a key cut to your BMW.
