What we collect

When you request a quote or book a job we collect your name, mobile number, vehicle details and the location of the vehicle. If you email us we keep that correspondence.

Why we collect it

Solely to quote and carry out the work you asked for, and to contact you about that job. We do not sell your details, pass them to lead-generation networks, or use your number for marketing.

How long we keep it

Job records are retained for six years to meet accounting and warranty obligations. Quote enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email 07438 655912 and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The contact page embeds a Google map, which Google may use to set its own cookies once the map loads.
