How quickly can you get to me in Crawley?

Around 27 minutes on average across Crawley and the RH10/RH11 postcodes. Town centre, Three Bridges and Manor Royal are usually quicker; Gatwick and the outer villages run a little longer. You get a live ETA by text once a technician is assigned.

Can you make a car key with no original and no spare?

Yes — that is a large share of what we do. We cut to your VIN and program the new key to the immobiliser at the roadside. You will need photo ID and the V5C logbook: we are required to verify ownership and we will not skip it.

Are you cheaper than a main dealer?

Usually 30–50% less, and there is no recovery bill on top because we come to the car. Where the dealer genuinely is the better option — a handful of very new models need factory-only tooling — we will tell you on the phone rather than on your driveway.

Do you charge more at night, at weekends or on bank holidays?

No. The same price applies at 3am on a Sunday as at 3pm on a Tuesday, and there is no call-out fee anywhere in the inner coverage ring.

How do I know the price will not change when you arrive?

The figure quoted on the phone is the figure on the invoice — call-out, cutting, programming and VAT included. If it changes on site, you do not pay.

Do you cover Gatwick Airport car parks?

Daily. Lost keys on the way back from a flight are one of the most common jobs we get, and we work in the long-stay and short-stay car parks as well as the surrounding hotels.
